    No. Our team speaks multiple languages and we provide full support in English, French, and other languages if needed.
  • Can I organize everything before traveling to Portugal?
    Absolutely. Everything can be arranged remotely, including video consultations with doctors, cost estimates, and your full travel plan.

    No. Nydra acts solely as an intermediary. We provide full support throughout the client’s journey to Portugal from selecting the most suitable treatment and choosing qualified partners to assisting with accommodation ensuring a smooth, safe, and personalized experience.
  • Will I be accompanied during my stay?
    Yes. We offer full support before, during, and after your treatment, including in-person assistance if requested.
  • How much does Nydra’s service cost?
    Prices vary depending on the type of treatment and services selected. We always provide a clear and personalized quote in advance.

    Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. The process is divided into phases for added security.

    –  A reservation fee is required to secure your treatment date
    –  This fee is paid directly to the clinical partner
    – The remaining treatment balance is paid directly to the clinic on the day of the procedure. Additional services such as accommodation, transfers, or experiences (if included) are paid separately to Nydra Health Tourism, as outlined in your quotation.
  • What does the reservation fee include?
    The reservation fee includes:
    – The amount required by the clinical partner to secure your booking
    – Nydra’s coordination and support services, already integrated into the total amount presented
    This ensures a fully managed and structured process from the beginning.
  • Is the reservation fee refundable?
    The reservation fee is generally non-refundable, as it secures clinical time and resources. However, whenever possible, we will work with you and the clinical partner to reschedule your treatment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Who do I pay for my treatment?
    All medical treatment payments are made directly to the clinical provider. Nydra does not receive or hold payments for medical procedures.
  • Who do I pay for accommodation and travel services?
    Accommodation, transfers, and optional experiences are organised by Nydra and are paid directly to us, as specified in your personalised quotation.
  • When do I need to pay for additional services?
    Payment for accommodation and support services should be completed within the timeframe specified in your quotation, typically after the reservation is secured.
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    In the event of cancellation:
    – Reservation fees are non-refundable
    – We will always try to assist in rescheduling your treatment whenever possible
