Joana Caçoilo – Founder, Dentist & Patient Manager

Joana graduated from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2007 and has been practising in the UK since 2009.

She is committed to delivering the highest standard of care in a comfortable and relaxed environment, always prioritising patient wellbeing.

Joana has a particular interest in endodontics, having completed a postgraduate qualification in this field at the University of Coimbra in 2016.

She is a certified Invisalign Go, Go Plus and Reveal provider and is currently undertaking advanced training in aesthetic restorative dentistry in Brazil.

Outside of work, Joana enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Liliana Loureiro – Nurse & Patient Manager

A Portuguese Sign Language Translator and Interpreter since 2013, Liliana has always been driven by human connection and the well-being of others.

In 2018, she graduated in Nursing from the Higher School of Health of the Northern Region of the Portuguese Red Cross.

After five years of professional experience in the United Kingdom, she relocated to Switzerland, where she has been working as a nurse in the canton of Neuchâtel since early 2023.

Her goal is to provide the best possible support, ensuring attentive and personalised care both before and after treatments. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys lakeside walks and taking in the natural beauty of Switzerland.

Juliano Ribau – Osteopath & Strategic Development Manager

Juliano is Nydra’s Partnership Manager, responsible for developing and strengthening strategic relationships with clinics, healthcare professionals, and international partners.

He holds a degree in Osteopathy and has been practicing since 2008, with over 15 years of clinical experience, which gives him a deep, practical, and human-centered perspective on the healthcare sector. Throughout his career, he has built an approach grounded in trust, clinical quality, and a strong focus on patient well-being.

At Nydra, he combines his clinical background with strategic management, ensuring that every partnership meets the highest standards of excellence, ethics, and outcomes, contributing to an integrated and safe experience for both patients and partners.
